Prediction League Entry Form

To enter your prediction simply complete the form below. Please take care to submit your entry using the same name and email address each week so that your cumulative score can be calculated. When entering scorers do not use any spaces, separate names with commas, and use only surnames. Any wrongly spelt names will be ignored. If you think a scorer will get two goals then use his name again but append a number. You must have one name for each goal - ie. enter four names for four Reading goals.
Examples:
If predicting 4-0 to Reading you might enter the following scorers: Kitson,Kitson2,Lita,Lita2
If predicting 3-2 to Reading you might enter the following scorers: Convey,Shorey,Lita
Alternatively you may list the following scorers for a 3-2 win: Lita,Lita2,Lita3
